Royal Leaders cleaners are available on call, text or email 24 hours – 7 days per week. Any emergency situation can be rectified within a few hours by our management and staff.
Each site has an appointed supervisor who will regularly inspect the site and will identify issues before they become a major problem.
We will not knowingly employ any individual who poses a security risk or whose credentials cast any doubts on their honesty or integrity. Every cleaner is Police checked and vetted thoroughly, and have been site inducted before they start work. All our cleaners are required to wear uniforms so that they can be identified as Royal Leaders staff.
All valuables found whilst on site will be reported to a specified manager and left in an agreed secure place and any of your security requests will be met with our utmost attention. At all times the venue will be left secure. Any security breaches discovered by our staff will be reported promptly to a specified manager.
